摘要 目的 :观察纳米金刚石填料对窝沟封闭剂黏结剪切强度和表面显微硬度的影响 ,并比较其与气相二氧化硅之间的差别。方法 :按不同比例将纳米金刚石添加到窝沟封闭剂中 ,检测其黏结剪切强度、表面显微硬度。结果 :添加纳米金刚石后窝沟封闭剂的表面显微硬度明显提高 ,黏结剪切强度不受影响。添加 5、10、2 0、4 0g/L的纳米金刚石比添加 2 0g/L气相二氧化硅能获得更高的黏结剪切强度和表面显微硬度。结论 AIM:To evaluate the effect of nano-diamond filler on shearing-bonding strength and micro-hardness of pit and filssure sealant and to compare the effects of nano-diamond and nano-silicon dioxide. METHODS: Nano-diamond filler of different proportion was added into pit and fissure sealant, which was followed by examination of the shearing-bonding strength, micro-hardness.RESULTS:The micro-hardness of the pit and fissure sealant with nano-diamond filler was improved significantly, but the shearing-bonding strength was not changed. Compared with 20 g/L nano-silicon dioxide, pit and fissure sealants with 5?10?20?40 g/L nano-diamond had significantly higher shearing-bonding strength and micro-hardness. CONCLUSION:Nano-diamond filler of appropriate proportion could improve some mechanical properties of pit and fissure sealant.
