矽肺、煤矽肺患者肺泡巨噬细胞的氧化和抗氧化系统 被引量:4

Studies on Oxidant and Antioxidant Systems of Alveolar Macrophages of Patients with Silicosis and Anthracosilicosis

摘要 本文观察了不同时期矽肺、煤矽肺患者肺泡巨噬细胞化学发光、脂质过氧化物及超氧化物歧化酶的改变。结果表明,矽肺、煤矽肺患者肺泡巨噬细胞活性氧产生增加,脂质过氧化物含量增加。当患者肺泡巨噬细胞在体内重新受到石英粉尘刺激时,活性产生无变化,说明患者肺泡巨噬细胞由于长期受肺泡内或肺泡巨噬细胞内粉尘的作用,一直处于应激状态;而超氧化物歧化酶活性的升高,也证明了患者肺泡巨噬细胞处于代偿状态。进一步说明了活性氧自由基在矽肺的发展过程中起着重要的作用。 Changes of chemiluminescence(CL),lipid peroxide(LPO)and superoxidedismutase(SOD)of alveolar macrophages(AM)from patients with silicosisand anthracosilicosis were studied.Results showed that oxygen free radicalsand LPO of AM were significantly higher than those in the control group.TheSOD levels of AM in the patient group were higher than those in the control.When AM from the patients were again exposed to quartz in vitro,the produc-tion of oxygen free radicals of the AM had no significant changes.These sug-gested that AM from the patients were in an active state during the develop-ment of pneumoconiosis.
