随着中国石油天然气股份公司的上市,企业价值和投资资本最大化是企业追求的目标,是股东的要求。因此公司为追求利润最大化和吸引投资,必须优化资源配置,降低成本。效益评价工作正是为适应上市公司的这种需求而开展的,它可以为正确制定油田年度发展计划提供科学依据。此项工作的开展能够反映公司目前的生产经营状况,使油田开发向现代油藏管理迈进。

With PetroChina e nt ering stock market,the maximization of enterprise business value and investment capital becomes its final goal and is also requested by its shareholders.Henc e,it has to optimize resource allocation and reduce cost in order to obtain max imum profit and attract capital.Carrying out benefit evaluation is just to mee t this requirement of the marketed company,providing scientific basis for corr ect working out an annual development plan of the oilfield.This paper present s the benefit evaluation process,including the principle,standard and discrimi nant of evaluation and its classification,etc.In addition,the chart of econo mic limit can be as a guide for old field stimulation and investment decision m aking,and apply for popularization to other fields.
