On the morning of October 19, 2003, the 2003 Workshop on General Adoption of the Market Principle in Work Safety Promotion and Education sponsored by Beijing Tiandidafang Science, Technology and Cultural Development Co., Ltd. was held in the auditorium of Beijing Tibetan Tower. More than 80 representatives from safety supervision system, enterprises, agencies as well as scientific research institutions and professional media of various provinces, cities and counties attended this workshop. Liu Dehui, Chairman of the board of directors of Tiandidafang Co., Ltd., pointed out in his speech that the general adoption of the market principle in work safety promotion and education is not only a major task we are faced with, but also our necessary choice under the macro-background of perfecting socialist market economic system.
