摘要
中等的焦虑水平有利于人的潜能发挥,体育教师保持正常的职业焦虑,有利于其教学工作的开展。借鉴国外高校体育课程和国内高校学分制的改革经验,提出实行教师挂牌授课制,将竞争机制引入高校体育课中,使体育教师保持正常的职业焦虑水平,促进高校体育的发展。
The middling level of anxiety can make for the exertion of man's potential. The normal vocational anxiety is propitious for PE teachers in developing the teaching practices. Using the experience of PE curriculum reform in foreign universities and the credit system reform in domestic universities for reference, bring forward that practicing free class attendance scheme and introducing competitive mechanism in PE teaching. So PE teachers should keep normal level of vocational anxiety that can advance the development of university PE.
