摘要
根据当今三级跳远的技术特点,运用运动训练学理论,对高水平运动员的力量和速度训练方法进行了探析。结果认为:①最大力量是基础,但必须通过以发展相对力量为主的训练来提高;②发展快速爆发力量是关键,但在训练时要处理好动作速度与负荷强度的最优组合问题;③速度训练应贯穿在全年训练的各个阶段,但不同时期侧重点各不相同。这一系列问题对训练能否取得理想效果至关重要。
By applying training theory and the current technical characteristics of trip jumping, The author has analyzed strength and speed training methods for higt-level trip jumping athletes. The results are as to show: (1)Maximum strength is the basis and should be developed with relative strength simultaneously; (2)It's key to develop explosive strength for take off,and the appropriate compounding of movement speed and intensity of training should be arranged; (3)Speed training should be employed througth the whole training year,but the distribution is different in the every phase. And this serials of problems have important effects on realizing the training aims.
