摘要
目的 :观察放射性脑损伤后海马区神经细胞的病理变化和对功能的影响。方法 :建立大鼠清醒全脑照射实验模型 ,SD大鼠选择 30Gy剂量照射 ,检测时间为照射前、照射后 1、2、3和 4周。常规HE染色观察 ,同时进行神经行为学评判。结果 :放射性脑损伤后随时间延长逐渐出现细胞变性坏死 ,开放或迷宫表明大鼠的定向运动性增高。结论 :清醒照射造成放射性脑损伤后 ,海马区HE染色变化在 4周左右开始明显 ,早于文献报道 ,功能性实验表明海马的功能损伤早于病理学的变化。
Objective: To observe radioactive brain damage to Hippocampous area nerve cell's pathological change and function's change. Methods: After the rat awake cerebral radiation model was established, the SD rat was irradiated by 30Gy dosage.The observation was done before radiation and each week after irradiation until four weeks. The changes of the pathomorphology with the hematoxylin-eosin(HE) staining were observed and their nerve behavior were judged simultaneously. Results:After the radioactive brain damage the HE staining showed degeneration and necrosis gradually.The open fleld experiment showed the growing activity activeness.Conclusion: After irradiated,the Hippocampus area HE dyeing change started obviously around 4 weeks,it was earlier than literature report. The function experiment indicated Hippocampous's function damage was earlier than the pathologic changes.
