摘要
总装机容量达12 600 MW的溪洛渡工程是我国继三峡工程之后的又一座巨型水电工程。工程以水力发电为主,兼有防洪、拦沙和改善下游航运条件等综合利用效益。溪洛渡混凝土双曲拱坝是建在基本烈度Ⅷ度的高地震区的特高拱坝。在溪洛渡枢纽设计中,对几个关键技术问题进行了深入的研究,即:大坝基建面的选择、拱坝的体型设计,大坝应力分析,坝肩稳定分析,大坝的抗震设计、泄洪消能和超大型地下洞室群的设计。随着前期工程的进展,这些技术问题将深入研究,并会取得满意结果。
The 12000 MW Xiluodu multipurpose project on the Jinsha river is the next very large scale project to go
ahead after the Three Gorges project in China. As well as hydropower generation the project will have enormous bene-
fits from flood control, sediment management and improvement of downstream navigation conditions. The dam will be
of concrete parabolic double curvature arch type and rest in a high intensity seismic area designated as having a basic
earthquake potential of Ⅷ. In this paper the author presents in great detail the key technical problems in the design of
the project such as selection of the foundation elevation of dam, design of dam geometry, analysis of stress in dam, a-
nalysis of abutments stability, anti-earthquake design, flood release and energy dissipation, and design of oversize un-
derground cavern complex. With the progress of the preparatory works for the project, these issues will be studied in
depth and resolved satisfactorily.
