摘要
详细地介绍了近年来在凝固组织模拟上取得的进展,并介绍了在组织模拟中所选用的各种模拟方法,逐个分析了各种方法的优势与不足,进而提出凝固组织的发展方向,即朝着大规模、多尺度方向发展,使得组织模拟能够逐步与实际结合起来。
In this paper, the progress of solidification structure simulation in recent years is introduced in detail , and different methods used for microstructure evolution are introduced. Furthermore, the advantages and disadvantages of each method for modeling microstructure evolution are analysised. Poining out the direction of microstructure simulation development, namely, the microstructure develops in both calculation scale and multi-scale,which allows a gradual integration of the microstructure simulation and practical casting.
