摘要
光敏聚酰亚胺以其优良的性能在许多高新技术领域中得到了广泛的应用,是当今材料科学研究的热点之一。综述了光敏聚酰亚胺的分类和主要合成方法,并提出了新的合成思路,同时简要地介绍了各类光敏聚酰亚胺的性能及在高新技术中的应用。
Photosensitive polyimides have found wide use in many high-tech fields for their excellent performances, enabling it to be one of the hot research topics in material science. This paper introduces the main types and synthesis methods of photosensitive polyimides. The new idea of synthetic route and applications of photosensitive polyimides are also included.
