摘要
根据电荷跃迁理论和能带理论,分析了红外反射材料物质的结构特征。理论上的近红外反射材料应该是电导率高、禁带宽度不在0.5~3.1eV范围内的物质。锐钛矿型和金红石型的TiO_2符合此要求。本文作者利用空心玻璃微珠的高热阻,研究了用TiO_2包覆的空心玻璃微珠作热反射材料的方法,并制备了对近虹外线反射率超过80%的涂料。
Based on the theory of electron transition and theory of energy belt,this article analyzes the configuration and characteristics of the materials which can reflect near-infrared ray. Theoretically,these materials should have high conductivity. And their energy belt should not be located in 0.5~3.leV. Both R-TiO_2 & A-TiO_2 can meet the demands. Since hollow glass particles have a high heat resistance,the authors of this article studied the process of enwrap hollow glass particles with TiO_2, and prepared near-infrared reflecting paint with reflectivity of more than 80% to near-infrared ray.
