摘要 针对强化脱硫塔内气液两相流的传热与传质,建立了一种新的气液两相流型———液幕状气液两相流.根据该流型的特点,进行了气液两相传热实验,分析了气液两相流中的温度场分布,并研究了传热系数与液气比之间的关系.结果表明:无论顺流或逆流,在空气流速一定时,传热系数都随着液气比的增大而减小,并且液幕顶部是传热效果最佳的位置,可以组织多层液幕来降低工业成本.得到的传热系数与液气比之间的关联式为工程设计和更深一步的研究工作提供了技术标准. To intensify heat transfer and mass transfer of gas-liquid two-phase flow in the desulfurization tower, a flow type called gas-liquid screen is designed. According to the characters of this flow type, heat transfer experiment is conducted to analyze the distribution of temperature and the relation between heat transfer coefficient and ratio of liquid to gas. The results show that whether in concurrent or countercurrent flows the heat transfer coefficient increases with ratio of liquid to gas decreasing as the gas velocity is stable. The optimum position of heat transfer is at the top of the gas-liquid screen. So multilayer gas-liquid screen can be arranged to reduce the industry cost. A correlation between the heat transfer coefficient and the ratio of liquid to gas is obtained which provides a practical criterion for both engineering and the further investigation.
