Research on high-solid-content environmental protection-type impregnating varnish

叙述了高固含量环保型绝缘漆的技术特性、工艺性能及应用情况 ,分析了该漆的阻燃防火、固化挥发份低、气味小、毒性低、吸水率低、防潮性能好、闪点高、贮存期长、渗透性好等特点 ,结果表明该漆是一种较理想的环保型绝缘漆 ,可广泛应用于干式变压器线圈、电机绕组的绝缘处理。

This paper introduces the technical characteristics,technological property and application of the high-solid-content environmental protection type impregnating varnish.This varnish is made of heat-resistant polyester and flame-retardant material.It is flame-retardant,low vaporizing,little smell,low poison,low water absorption,high water-proof,high flashing point,long storage life and good osmosis.It's an ideal environmental-protection-type impregnating varnish.It can be extensively used for insulation of dry-type transformer coils and motor coils.
