摘要
根据污闪放电机理 ,对电力设备防污闪措施进行了探讨 ,分析了防污闪工作应开展的一些基础性工作 ,如最大盐密、饱和盐密测量 ,绘制和修订电网污区分布图 ;讨论了各类防污闪新技术如防污涂料、新型合成绝缘子、污秽在线监测、带电清扫技术的运用等 ;同时指出电力设备一些不合理的外绝缘爬距配置、绝缘水平较低以及运行维护管理不当等都是引起污闪事故的原因。
Based on the mechanism of flashover on polluted insulator,the preventions of flashover on polluted electric equipment's external insulation are discussed.Some necessary measures and new preˉvention technologies are introduced.It is pointed out that external insulation with correct design and high insulation level,and scientific maintenance of power network are the basic preventions of pollution flashover which paralyzes power network.
