如何全面地、真实地评价管理信息系统给企业带来的经济效益,目前无论是理论还是实践,都缺乏一种有效的方法。为此,该文依据层次分析法的基本思想和企业的实际情况,提出了因素影响度、满足度、改进度等概念,并由此形成了一套系统评价方法。该法能够较好地将管理信息系统影响企业经济效益的间接的、定性的因素加以量化。实践证明:这是一种评价企业管理信息系统经济效益的有效方法。

How to appraise the economic benefits brought by the Management Information System for the enterprises all-sidedly and truthfully. Now there is no effective method either in terms of theory or in reality. Based on the basic thought of the Analytic Hierarchy Process and the situation of an enterprise, this paper proposes the concept of factor's degrees of effect, degrees of content, and degrees of improvement. On the basis of these concepts a systems appraisal method is proposed. This method can quantify the indirect and qualitative factors of Management Information System affecting economic benefits in an enterprise. This is an effective method of appraising economic benefits based on Management Information System in an enterprise.
