Intelligent Fire Monitor System Based on Internet

结合中国的消防现状,针对城市火灾提出了一种以Internet作为信息平台,实施大范围、远距离智能监控的新方案,并对系统的整体结构和主要功能模块进行了初步的探讨。该方案融合了智能火灾识别技术及GIS技术,与传统的消防作业模式相比较,不但能够进行火灾的自动识别与定位,而且可以缩短火灾扑救的准备时间,提高消防作业效率。

On the present condition of fire control, we propose the fire intelligent monitor scheme based on Internet, which aims at urban fire in a large range. Then the overall structure and primary function modules of the system are discussed. Contrast with traditional fire-fighting mode, our system can identify and location fires automatically, shorten rescue time and increase operation efficiency through the application of intelligent fire identification and GIS.
