摘要 综述了空间飞行器上常用的电线电缆绝缘材料—聚硅氧烷、含氟弹性体、聚酰亚胺的性能 ,空间飞行环境对绝缘材料的要求和这三类材料的优缺点 ,尤其是耐原子氧的性能进行了比较 ,含氟弹性体如氟化乙丙烯橡胶 (FEP)受原子氧侵蚀最轻 ,具有较强的耐原子氧能力。指出了新型空间飞行器用电线电缆绝缘材料的研究开发方向。 In this paper,the properties of three kinds of usual insulating materials(polysiloxane,fluoroˉcarbon elastomer and polyimide)for spacecraft are reviewed,especially their resistibility to atomic oxygen is discussed.The future development of new insulating materials for spacecraft is prospected.
