摘要 从电介质物理的角度 ,详细分析了与电磁操作生物芯片技术紧密相关的介电电泳的基本原理 ,介绍相关应用 ,并探讨了介电电泳在生物芯片技术中的应用前景。 The basic principle of dielectrophoresis relating to the technology of biochip manipulated by electromagnetic field is analyzed from the aspect of dielectric physics and its correlative applications are introduced.The application prospect of dielectrophoresis in the technology of biochip is discussed.
