摘要
激光与生物组织的光热效应是激光在医学上应用的重要方面之一。生物组织吸收激光能量后将产生光凝固、汽化和碳化等热效应,临床应用需要对光传播与热传输两个方面展开深入研究,本文讨论了光热相互作用的理论和实验方法,明确提出并分析了光热效应研究的正、逆问题及其相互关系。
Photothermal effect is one of the most important events in the medical application of lasers. Bio-tissues can be coagulated, vaporized and carbonized when they absorbed the optical energy, in clinical practice, it is necessary to study the mechanism of optical propagation and thermal diffusion. Therefore, in this paper, theoretical and experimental studies in the field of photothermal interaction is well discussed, and also the positive and inverse questions of photothermal effect research are proposed clearly and the relationship is analyzed distinctly.
