摘要
本文对目前组织工程肌腱的研究成果作一综述,主要从细胞支架、种子细胞、生长因子、周期性张力等各方面进行了阐述。今后,对材料进行合理改进,使之能供给肌腱细胞最适合的生存环境,解决种子细胞的来源问题,加入适当的生长因子,并施以符合生理条件的周期性张力,组织工程化肌腱将成为修复肌腱缺损的一种理想而可靠的方法。
To review the achievements in the areas of tendon tissue engineering research, including the cell scaffolds, seed cells, application of growth factors and cyclic strengths for tendon engineering. In the future,with the improvement of scaffold material for cell seeding, search of alternative seed cells and the application of growth factor and cyclic mechanical stimulation, tissue engineered-repair of tendon defect will become an ideal and reliable treatment.
