摘要
锅炉变频调速自动化系统工程采用进口工控机或 PLC 做控制主机,以变频器为调速控件,通过 RS-485通讯接口,依据模糊控制理论将现场操作人员的操作经验总结成模糊规则,运用模糊逻辑算法,用工业组态软件实现锅炉燃烧的自动控制及其热工参数的微机监控管理。这样就可实现恒定蒸汽压力,炉膛负压,自动调节温水锅炉送水温度、回水温度、送煤量,超限自动报警并联锁停机。
The imported industrial control unit or PLC is used as the main control unit in boiler frequency change speed adjustment automation system,where,frequency changer is speed adjustment control part.By the use of RS-485 communication interface and on the basis of fuzzy control theory,operating experience of the site operators is summarized as fuzzy regulations.Then by the use of fuzzy logic arithmetic,industrial configuration software is utilized to realize automatic control of boiler combustion and microcom- puter control management of heat-power parameters,thus making realizable the constant steam pressure,hearth negative pressure, automatic adjustment of warm water boiler's feeding temperature,back water temperature,amount of coal delivery,automatic alarming for exceeding limit and interlocking for shutdown.
