摘要
对四川三台钙蒙脱石进行了矿物学和有机化处理研究。化学成分分析、晶体化学式与层间可交换阳离子数计算、X射线衍射分析和热分析都表明三台膨润土属钙基膨润土,属型为切托 Otay型。用十八烷基三甲基氯化铵、十八烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵三种季铵盐阳离子表面活性剂对四川三台钙蒙脱石进行了有机化处理。结果表明,用十八烷基三甲基氯化铵处理的效果最好。
The mineralogy and organic treating of montmorillonite from Santai, Sichuan,are described in this paper. The chemical composition of the sample wasanalyzed and then the crystal chemical formulaand layer charge werecalculated. The sample was identified with X-ray diffraction and TG-DTA. All analytical results showedthat the sample is Ca-bentonite and the montmorilloniteis of the Cheto-Otay type. The sample is treated with octadecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, octadecyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride, and dodecyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride. The resultsshowedthat the effect of treating with octadecyl trimethyl ammonium chlorideis best.
