绝经后妇女的阴道超声研究

Study on Transvaginal Ultrasonography of Postmenopausal Women

目的 :探讨经阴道超声显像对绝经的妇女子宫、卵巢病变的诊断价值。方法 :经阴道对绝经的 186例妇女进行TVS检查。结果 :186例绝经后妇女TVS检查中正常组 119例 ,异常组 6 7例 ,阴道超声诊断符合率 91.5 %。结论 :经TVS检查是筛查绝经后子宫病变与卵巢癌的首选方法。

Objective: To discuss the diagnostic value of transvaginal ultrasonograpuhy for the disease of uterus and ovary in postmenopausal women. Methods: 186 postmenopausal women were examined with transvaginal ultrasonography (TVS) .Results: Examing on transvaginal ultrasonography of postmenopausal women in 186 cases,119 cases of normal group,67 cases of abnormal group whose accurate rate of ultrasound diagnosis was 91.5%.Conclusion: TVS is an accurate approach for the first choice of screening for the disease of uterus and ovary.
