Thoughts on the Socialization of Mongolians in Xinjian

新疆蒙古族作为传统的游牧民族,因其流动性和分散性的特点形成了与农业民族不同的社会化过程。在飞速发展的现代社会中,他们难免处在一种不利的生存竞争环境之中。文章从新疆蒙古族个体基本社会化的内容、途径入手,进而探讨社会转型中该民族成员社会化的困境与路径选择。

As one of the traditional ethnic groups on nomadic life in China. the Mongolians in Xinjiang are different from the ethnic groups on agricultural life during socialization because of their movable and scat- tered character. In the rapidly-developing modern society, Mongolians are disadvantaged in the highly competitive situation. This paper aims to explore the methods for socialization based on the contents and ways for Mongolians as the members of the ethnic group.
