浅论公司制农业健康发展中的政府行为

On the Government's Action in Developing Smoothly the Agricultural Corporation

建立农业专业公司(本文称之为公司制农业)是我国农业实现产业化集约经营形式之一。它对于人口多、耕地少,千家万户务小农,农户家庭经济基础普遍脆弱的中国,解决长期困扰各级政府的农民增收问题,不失为一条带有战略性的根本途径。近年来,由于公司与农户双方利益机制尚未健全,而出现一些影响公司制农业健康发展的诸多问题。作为历史悠久的政府行为,应该协调解决好这一问题。当然政府还应该做其他一些有利于公司发展的事情。

To set up the Agricutural Corporation(訟C誷hort for Agricutural Corporation) is one of ways of intensive farming,which will be a foot way to increase the peasants income, and has been puzzling our government at all levels for a long time.However, there are some problems, which will be harmful to the AC, as the main factor, the interest system of the corporation andthe peasant members. In the writer誷 opinion, the government must solve the problems for the both.
