摘要
能力素质模型是一种技术含量高且十分有效的人力资源管理工具。能力素质模型建立方案的选择因企业的目的、规模、资源等条件的区别而不同。一般建模方案包括了解企业目标和策略,确定关键绩效领域;选择样本、分组;收集数据;分析收集到的信息数据,提炼素质项目,建立模型。
Competency model is the technical and effective tool for human resource management. Based on the discussion of the concept and significance of the competency model for HRM, this article conducts a research on how to build the competency model. Finally some misleading tendencies that should be noted are analyzed.
