This paper mainly reviews Wu Rong's political doom and his literary production from the perspective of his relation to Wei Zhaodu. The effect of the event of three towns' soldiers intruding the capital in Qian Ning second year and the death of Wei Zhaodu on Wu Rong's mood in politics and his poem production is studied. The paper points out that the death of Wei Zhaodu is the result of the force of feuds' intruding into the palace. The death of Wei Zhaodu, as an important memory to Wu Rong, affected his whole life. The event of three seigniorial towns soldiers intruding the capital is the turning point of Wu Rong's poetic style.
