Meanings of Feelings and Features of Times of Ci Poems about Lantern Festival in Song Dynasty

在十二三世纪的中国,元宵节是众多节日中最热闹、最平民化的一个。在宋代随着词作者的文人化和城市化,以表现城市生活风貌为主的元宵词成了宋人透过繁华表述各自不同内心感受和思考社会人生的载体。而北宋、南宋、宋亡之后的元宵词情感意蕴的差异,又鲜明地展示了宋代士人真实的心路历程。

Lantern Festival is one of the most lively and common festivals in the twelfth and thirteenth century in China. In Song Dynasty, along with the scholarization and urbanization of the ci poem writers, ci poems about the Lantern Festival, which were aimed mainly at displaying the urban social life, became a carrier for the Song people to express different feelings and think about society and life. In addition, the differences in the emotional meanings among the ci poems about Lantern Festival in North Song, South Song and the end of Song are the manifestation of scholars' real mentality.
