门诊护士与急诊护士人格特征及心理健康状况比较

目的 :调查门诊护士与急诊护士的不同人格特征及心理状况 ,有利于进行人才选拔和岗位选拔 .方法 :采用辽宁教育科学研究所修订的“卡特尔 1 6个性量表”(1 6PF)进行测试 ,并计算次级人格因素分和心理预测因素分 .结果 :门诊护士和急诊护士整体人格特征属于健康人群 ,但是人格特征各有特点 ,护士人格特征的形成与学历、年龄有一定的关系 ,同时工作的环境与压力对护理人员的心身状况有一定的影响 .结论 :1

AIM: To investigate the personality traits and mental health of nurses in the out patient department and emergency center for position screening. METHODS: Forty seven nurses of the out patient department and fifteen nurses of the emergency center in Xijing hospital were assessed with the Cattells 16 Personality Factors Questionnaire (16PF) and the statistical analysis was performed by paired t test. RESULTS: The personality characteristics of these nurses were healthy in general, but the qualities in personality were of different characteristics. To some degree, the development of personality was related to the age and level of education and their mental health was affected by their job condition and stress. CONCLUSION: The assessment with Cattells 16PF provides a reliable basis for nurse selection and management in hospital.
