摘要 本文以小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能、E-玫瑰花结、体内淋转、溶血空斑及血清溶血素生成试验为指标,观察了党参花粉对正常纯系小鼠和用免疫抑制剂处理小鼠的影响。结果发现:党参花粉能增强正常纯系小鼠(C_(57)BL/6)和用强的松处理小鼠的腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬功能,增加空斑形成细胞数和血清溶血素抗体的生成;并能对抗环磷酰胺对E花环及淋转的抑制作用。初步提示:党参花粉对抗体的非特异性免疫功能、体液及细胞免疫功能均有一定的增强作用,尤其是当抗体免疫功能低下时,这些作用就更为明显。 The influence of Codonopsis pilosula pollen on normal clonal mice (C57BL/6)and mice treated with immunosupprssivc drugs was observed.The results showed that Codonopsis pilosula pollen enforced the phagocytic function of abdominal macrophage in C57BL/6 mice and prednisone-treating mice, increased PEC and serum hemolysin formation, and antagonized the inhhibiting action of cyclophosphamide on E rosette formation and lymphcyte transformation. It suggests that Codonopsis pilosula pollen may enhance nonspecific immunity and humoral and cellular immunity of the body. This effect is specially obvious on the subjects with hypoimmunity.
