摘要
发光二极管(LED)在仪表功能指示、交通信号和标志、测量、通信等方面得到越来越广泛的应用,有非常大的市场需求量。LED应用中,对其性能一致性要求很高,因此LED生产线上必须配置对LED快速测量和分拣的装置。介绍了一种新开发的LED在线测量与分拣系统。实践证明,该装置工作稳定可靠、操作简便、分拣快捷。
Light emitting diode (LED) is more and more extensively applied in the fields of
function instructions of instruments, traffic signals and signs, measurement and communication,
etc. It exists very large volume of market demand. There is very high request on the uniformity
of LED in their application, so it is necessary to dispose the rapid measuring and sorting
apparatus of LED on the LED producing line. A set of on-line measuring and sorting system of
LED is developed, which is steady, reliable, and rapid when working.
