网络组织具有动态性、复杂性、自相似性、自组织性和自学习性等五个基本特征。认识和把握这些特征,是网络环境下企业有效运作的基础。
The network organizations have five essential characteristics, they are the dynamics, the complexity, the self-similarity, the self-organization and the self-study. To recognize and master these characteristics is the base of effectively operating the organizations under network environment.
