糖尿病患者血浆Fn和α_1-AT含量测定及其临床应用

THE PLASMA FIBRONECTIN AND α1-ANTITRYPSIN IN DIABETES MELLITUS

应用Beckman ICSⅡ型手动速率散射比浊法检测25例非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病(NIDDM)患者血浆中纤维结合蛋白(Fn)和α_1-抗胰蛋白酶(α_1-AT)含量,并与正常对照组进行了比较。结果表明,NIDDM型患者血浆Fn含量明显低于正常对照组(P<0.001),而α_1-AT含量则高于正常对照组(P<0.05);同时看出NIDDM合并感染组血浆Fn明显低于非感染组(P<0.05),而α_1-AT则略低于非感染组;合并有心血管疾病组血浆α_1-AT明显低于无心血管疾病组(P<0.05),而Fn则略低于无心血管疾病组。提示联合检测血浆Fn和α_1-AT对NIDDM的诊断和预后分析具有参考意义。

The plasma fibronectin (Fn) and α1-antitrypsin (α1-AT) in 25 diabetic patients (NIDDM) were determined with a rate nephelometry. The results showed that the plasma Fn in the diabetic patients was obviously lower (P<0.001), but the content of α1-AT was a little higher (P<0.05) than those in the normal subjects. In addition, it showed that the plasma Fn in the diabetics (NIDDM) with infection was lower than in those without infection (P<0.05), and the plasma α1AT in the former was also lower than that in the latter. The plasma Fn and α1-AT in the diabetics with angiocardiopathy were lower than those without. The results also showed that the determination of the plasma Fn and α1-AT are helpful for the diagnosis and prognosis of NIDDM.
