摘要
本文在全面总结当代薪酬管理发展变化的基础上 ,对现代薪酬理念进行了理论概括 ,并以此为主线 ,进一步系统分析了现代薪酬管理原则和薪酬制度新特点 ,为我国国有企业薪酬制度的改革提供有益的借鉴。
Based on the summarization of the development and changes in the modern salary system,the author in this article makes a theoretical conclusion about the concept of this system,which helps further the analysis about the principles and new features of the modern salary.Some suggestions to reform the salary system in the state-owned enterprises are put forward in the end.
