Rural Social Security System and its Legislation Construction

农村社会保障在新的形势下呈现出不同的时代特征,家庭的传统保障功能已经开始弱化,而土地也将不再是农民收入和生活保障的终极手段。文章分析了农村社会保障制度的当前特征,并对农村社会保障制度法制化的原则、体系和侧重点提出了构想。

Rural social security has presented different era characters under new conditions, the traditional social security function of rural household has weakened, and land is no longer peasants' last protection for their income and life. This article analyzes present features about rural social security, then puts forward the principle, frame and emphases of the legislation system construction on rural social security.
