For a long time, On Cooperative by Lenin has been understood as a work on addressing agricultural collectivization. This article describes Stalin's mixing of his collectivization thought into Lenin's cooperative theory, differentiating the meaning of cooperation system and cooperatives and highlighting the keynote idea of On Cooperative, hoping to bring into play of cooperatives.
