摘要
应用二维、M型及脉冲多普勒超声心动图对24例糖尿病患者的心脏进行了检查。与42例正常对照者相比,发现前者EPSS_b增加,EF斜率及室间隔增厚率降低。左室和右室的充盈早期流速积分(EVI)、充盈早期与晚期的最大流速比值(EPV/APV)及充盈早期与整个充盈期流速积分比值(EVI/TVI)均降低。左室和右室的充盈晚期流速积分(AVI)及PEP/ET增加。表明糖尿病患者的左室和右室均有亚临床舒张及收缩功能障碍。24例中有1/3的患者显示心肌瘢痕改变。上述异常的主要原因可能是糖尿病性心肌病。
Twenty-four patients of diabetes mellitus without other cardiopathic evidence were examined by using two-dimensional, motion type and pulsed Deppler echocardiography. In the diabetic patients as compared with 42 normal controls, the EPSSb were increased; the EF slope rate and the ratio of the interventricular septum thickening decreased; the flow velocity integral of early filling (EVI), the ratio between early and late flow peak velocity (EPV/APV) and the ratio between early and whole flow velocity integral (EVI/TVI) of left ventricle (LV) and right ventricle (RV) decreased; and the flow velocity integral of late filling (AVI) and PEP/ET of LV and RV increased (all P<0.05). It showed that the LV and RV had subclinical diastolic and systolic dysfunction. One third of the patients had manifestations of myocardial scarring. Diabetic cardiomyopathy might be the principal cause of the abnormalities.
