摘要 针对热电厂供热系统采用升压加热装置改造热网加热器和循环水泵的可行性和经济性开展了研究。通过对这两种供热系统进行的经济性分析和计算,表明采用升压加热装置可以减少循环水泵的耗电量,减少供热系统的耗汽量,增加机组的发电量,同时还可以减少投资,节省检修和维护费用,从而提高了热电厂的经济效益。通过某热电厂的实际运行,表明该系统不仅可以完全满足供热系统的参数和流量的要求,而且运行状况良好,性能可靠,年经济效益可达63万多元。 Economics is studied on steam injector substituting the tube-shell heat exchanger and the circulating pump in the heating system of the thermal power plant. Through analysis and calculation on the two different heating systems, the results show steam injector can decrease the pump electricity and the steam consumption, and increase the electric power and save the cost of examination and repairment. By the practical running in the thermal power plant, it shows the system can satisfy its parameters and outlet flux ,and be stable and reliable.
