摘要
采用NEMECA商用软件包之Fine/TURBO求解三维定常的Navier Stokes方程组,对带围带汽封、隔板汽封和平衡孔结构的蒸汽透平高压级内部的复杂三维流动进行数值模拟,采用多区域结构化网格,并对透平级进行适当的几何简化处理,着重对平衡孔结构内部的流动进行分析。
This paper presents the numerical simulation results of the 3D viscous flow in the high-pressure stage with the structures of seals and balance holes of steam turbine, obtained by the 3D Navier-Stokes solver Fine/TURBO .Multi-block structure grids are used and proper geometrical simplifications are applied, focusing on the internal flow inside balance hole.
