摘要
燃料电池的发电效率随着输出的变化会有很大改变,对燃料电池电动车的运行效率产生很大的影响。通过对燃料电池本身特性和驱动系统的研究,提出考虑燃料电池本身效率的整体效率优化控制,在满足负载需要的前提下通过改变电机励磁电流和直流变换器的占空比使得整个电驱动系统的运行效率最高。为此,建立了电驱动系统的稳态损耗模型,并通过仿真和试验结果的对比验证了损耗模型的有效性。实验结果表明系统损耗随励磁电流和占空比的改变而改变,从而验证了该文提出的优化效率控制方法的可行性。
The generation efficiency of fuel cells changes greatly when the load changes which greatly affects the efficiency of fuel cell powered electrical vehicles. The characteristics of the fuel cell and the electric vehicle drive system were used to developed a control strategy for the whole system including the fuel cells, the DC/DC converter, the inverter and the motor. The system changes the motor exciting current and the DC converter duty to increase the efficiency of the electrical drive system including the fuel cells. A power loss model of the electrical drive system along with experiments showed how the losses in the drive system changed with the exciting current and the duty and how the control method can reduce the losses.
