身痛逐瘀汤配合走罐疗法治疗股外侧皮神经炎37例疗效观察

SHENTONGZHUYUTANG COMBINED WITH ZOUGUAN REYIMEN IN THE TREATMENT OF NEURITIS OF LATERAL CUTANEOUS NERVE OF THIGH

目的 观察身痛逐瘀汤配合走罐疗法治疗股外侧皮神经炎的临床疗效。方法 轻度患者服药 10剂 ,配合走罐治疗 4次 ;中度患者服药 15剂 ,配合走罐治疗 6次 ;重度患者服药 30剂 ,配合走罐治疗 6～ 9次。结果 9例轻度患者全部治愈 (10 0 % ) ;18例中度患者治愈 13例 (72 .2 % ) ,显效3例 (16 .7% ) ,有效 2例 (11.1% ) ;10例重度患者治愈 6例 (6 0 .0 % ) ,显效 3例 (30 .0 % ) ,有效 1例(10 .0 % )。结论 身痛逐瘀汤配合走罐疗法治疗股外侧皮神经炎 ,疗效确切 ,重复性强 ,有推广应用价值。

ObjectiveTo observe the clinical effectiveness of Shentongzhuyutang combined with zouguan regimen in the treatment of neuritis of lateral cutaneous nerve of thigh.Methods Shentongzhuyutang in conjunction with zouguan regimen was given to 37 patients suffering from typical neuritis of lateral cutaneous nerve of thigh.Results Fifteen to sixteen doses of Shentongzhuyutang in combination with zouguan regimen for 4 to 6 times may cure most patients of mild to moderate attacks , and thirty doses of Shentongzhuyutang combined with zouguan regimen for more than 6 times may be significantly effective for those suffering from severe attacks.Conclusion It is definite that Shentongzhuyutang combined with zouguan regimen may be effectively used in the treatment of neuritis of lateral cutaneous nerve of thigh,deserves to be widely used.
