摘要
研究了氯化钠-硫氰酸铵-氯化十六烷基吡啶体系浮选分离铜的行为及其与常见离子的分离。试验表明,在一定的条件下,控制pH<6,能使Cu(II)与常见离子Fe( ),Al( ),Co( ),Ni( ),Mn( ),Cd( )分离。
The flotation separation behaviour of copper with NaCl-NH_4SCN-Cetylpyridinium Chloride system and the conditions for the separation of copper with other metal ions were studied. The precipitate is floated. It shows that Cu(II) can be completely separated from Fe(Ⅲ),Al(Ⅲ),Co(Ⅱ),Ni(Ⅱ),Mn(Ⅱ),Cd(Ⅱ) by floatation at pH<6. The method has the advantage of inorganic solvent floatation method, and it is non-toxic, simple, rapid and economical.
