摘要 本文介绍了瞬时输入能量的概念,强调了瞬时输入能量对于抗震设计的重要性,分析得出阻尼比为 0.05的瞬时输入能量谱可以由阻尼比为0.1的拟速度谱近似得到。 The concept of momentary input energy is introduced in this paper. The importance of the momentary input energy to the earthquake-resistant design is emphasized. Analysis shows that the momentary input energy spectra with a damping factor of 0.05 cam be estimated from the pseudo-velocity spectra with a damping factor of 0.1.
