摘要
近年来,网络犯罪猛增,危害巨大。与传统犯罪相比,网络犯罪具有智能性、连续性等显著特点。网络犯罪的发生既有主观原因,又有客观原因,要坚持“预防为主,打防结合”的方针,采取措施,加以规治。
Internet crimes are increasing in quantity and have resulted in much harm recently . Compared to traditional crimes, Internet crimes are of the features like high intelligence and continuity. Commitment to Internet crimes is both subjective and objective for its reasons. The policy of 'precaution first and combining of punishment with prevention' should be adhered to along with some measures to treat the issue.
