摘要
“供给不对称性失业”将成为我国今后失业的重要特点。解决供给不对称性失业应当通过供给管理和供给改进。通过职业培训改进劳动供给品质,通过供给制度改进调整供给空间结构,通过劳动力销售促进和以工代赈改进时序结构,通过政府支付创业成本的方式创造劳动需求。
unbalanced Supplying unemployment' will become a significant feature for China's unemployment issue in the coming years. Solution to this issue depends on supplying management and supplying improvement. The effort to this task can be represented in detail as improving the nature of labor supplying by means of occupational training, adjusting the spatial structure of supplying by means of an improved supplying system, changing the temporal structure by means of promotion in labor market and labor providing in stead of rescuing, and creating labor needs by means of governmental payment in initial capital of enterprise establishment.
