摘要
西部开发应是经济开发和民族法治化相结合的综合性开发,民族法治化有三大内容,这三大内容的完成需要法学研究和法学教育在"解放思想,实事求是,与时俱进,开拓创新"的精神指引下有新的思路和改革措施。
:The Western development is a comprehensive development which combines economic development with national legal system.Which has three contents.In order to gainthese three contents,law research and education should have new idea and measure to reform under the direction of emancipate the mind,seek truth from facts, advance with time, develop and blaze new trails.
