现行的建设工程招投标制存在一些不尽完善的地方,由此导致所谓的“人情工程”,导致不依建设法规、程序选择中标单位,从而使招投标失去意义.如何完善招投标制?今分析其存在的问题,提出相应对策.

The current system of invite tenders and bids are not so strict. Some 'relationship projects'are not conducted according to constructional rules. It makes bidding a meaningless form. This thesis analyses the existing problems and proposes some solutions to it.
