摘要
本文从委托人的角度出发分析发达国家风险企业的治理机制,并结合我国的实际情况,探讨了我国风险企业在治理机制方面存在的问题,提出了解决的途径,旨在为我国风险投资的发展提供有益的借鉴。
Governance mechanisms of high-technology venture firm in developed countries are investigated from the angle of consignor. On this basis, the paper has analyzed the problems with Chinese venture firms in governance mechanism and provided corresponding solutions,which should serve well as a reference for establishing the venture investment mechanism in China.
