With the fast development in science and technology, there grows a stronger competition for talents which suggests a rare opportunity for the further development of higher education. In this age of social transition and mass higher education, the requirements on admitted students have been lowered while those on graduates have risen. Therefore, colleges and universities must establish a new multi-element view of educational quality for training more talents who answer the needs of the age.
