摘要
论述了热力管线设计过程中波纹膨胀节的选用方法及过程:1、对管线进行合理设计与分段,确定各段采用波纹膨胀节的型式与数量;2、确定工作压力等级;3、计算管线各段需要的补偿量,确定各波纹膨胀节的额定补偿量;4、根据通径、压力等级及补偿量选择波膨胀节的型号。
The article discussed the method and process of selecting expansion joints during designing thermal pipeline:1. Properly designing the pipeline and determining the type and quantity of metallic bellows expansion joints of each section.2. Determining working pressure class;3. Calculating compensation amount of each section and determining rated compensation of each expansion joint; 4. Selecting the type of expansion joint according to nominal diameter, pressure class and compensation amount.
